Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on all tea orders, Australian wide. Any accessories/items that require extra packaging and will be shipped at $7.50, however, all orders over $30 are eligible for free shipping.
How do I know my order is shipped?
Once your order is confirmed by email it is processed by us and usually despatched with AusPost within one working day.
Your ordered items are then personally packed and enclosed safely in a satchel with your personal invoice, and dropped off at AusPost for delivery!
How is my order shipped?
All packages are delivered from Melbourne with AusPost.
Although our matcha.lab matcha products are foil sealed for freshness, it is a perishable product with a limited shelf life. Change of mind returns are unfortunately not accepted.
We do not accept any change of mind returns or exchanges – so unfortunately we are also unable to refund any purchases. If you believe that the product you received is faulty, the product(s) must be returned to matcha.lab for our assessment before we can process and issue a refund.
If your delivery is lost in transit by Australian Post, matcha.lab cannot offer a refund unless the package has been insured.
You are still entitled to your rights under Australian consumer law.
